Playing Together
Community Guidelines
KiwiPeakHall is a welcoming space for everyone. These guidelines set out how we expect players to treat one another and engage with the platform.
These Community Guidelines apply to all interactions on KiwiPeakHall, including any forums, feedback channels, and shared spaces. By using the platform you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Respect Every Player
Treat every player with courtesy and respect, regardless of their skill level, playing style, or background. Insults, harassment, mockery, or any form of abusive language are not tolerated. If you disagree with someone, engage constructively or disengage entirely.
2. Keep It Honest
Don't spread misinformation about how games work, misrepresent outcomes, or claim the platform offers financial rewards. KiwiPeakHall is free social entertainment using virtual coins only — be honest about this with other players.
3. Play Fairly
All game outcomes are determined by a random number generator. Attempting to exploit bugs, manipulate localStorage data, or undermine the integrity of the games harms the experience for everyone. Play honestly and report any bugs you find to our support team.
4. Protect Vulnerable Players
Be mindful that some players may be vulnerable. Never pressure others to play, ridicule someone for stopping, or dismiss concerns about gaming habits. If a fellow player seems distressed, encourage them to visit our Responsible Gaming page.
5. No Spam or Solicitation
Don't use community spaces to advertise, solicit, or share unsolicited commercial content. Do not post links to real-money sites or any financial products.
6. Age Compliance
KiwiPeakHall is strictly 18+. Do not encourage minors to use the platform or bypass the age gate on anyone's behalf.
7. Constructive Feedback
We welcome feedback and suggestions — they help us improve. Please share your thoughts constructively. Personal attacks on the team or other players are not acceptable, even under the guise of feedback.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to take action against any behaviour that violates these guidelines, including issuing warnings, restricting access, or removing content. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from community spaces.
To report a concern or guideline violation, please contact our team.
